REFUND POLICY
All sales are final as items are made-to-order.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, due to our error. Any items that have been worn, damaged or contain removed tags will not be honored for return or exchange. Please inspect items upon arrival and contact us immediately so that we may evaluate the issue and rectify it. We do not exchange items due to wrong size. Please carefully review the sizing chart on each item for correct sizing.

If merchandise is approved for exchange, it must be returned within 15 days of original order date. After the 15 days, all sales are final. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in unused condition.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items sent back are at the senders expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is recommended that you ship items with tracking. We are not responsible for lost items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If there is an issue with your order or to proceed with the exchange process, please send us an email by clicking the "contact us" page at the bottom of the website. Please indicate the order number in the subject line and attach a picture via email to info@outtapocketco.com.

Currently we only ship to North America. Shipping times vary depending on where you are located.
